Terms of Service

1. Using the service

These terms describe use of FaceStyle Analyzer at facestyleanalyzer.com. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to submit the selected photo. If you use the service for an organization, you must be authorized to act on its behalf. Read these terms and our Privacy Policy before using the service or purchasing a report.

2. What we provide

The free test detects facial landmarks and calculates photo-based geometric measurements in your browser. Its score is a comparison against selected references, not an objective beauty ranking, identity check or medical assessment. Our methodology explains the measurements.

The optional paid report is a personalized digital product containing measurement interpretations, one AI styling concept, six hairstyle previews, photo-based color guidance and a practical styling plan. Third-party AI models, including OpenAI models accessed through our configured API service, generate text and images. Their availability and performance can affect delivery.

3. Accounts and security

An account is optional for the browser scan. Where you create an account, supply accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Email registration and password recovery use verification codes; Google sign-in is also available. Keep your checkout email accurate and accessible. An account does not automatically provide permanent photo storage or a report history.

4. Your purchase

A complete report currently costs USD 17.49 for one selected photo. The purchase is a one-time charge: there is no subscription, credit balance, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Any future price changes apply to new purchases and do not change an already confirmed order. Review the product description and final checkout total before paying.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake. You authorize the single amount shown at checkout. Any applicable tax, currency conversion or payment-method charges must be reviewed in the checkout and with your payment provider. We do not collect or store full payment-card details on our application servers; payment information is handled by the checkout provider and its payment partners.

Report generation starts after payment has been verified by our server. A return from checkout alone does not establish that payment succeeded. Keep your receipt or order identifier for support.

6. Delivery and cancellation

The report is generated after payment confirmation and emailed as a PDF to the address entered at checkout. AI requests, retries and email delivery may take time; delivery is not guaranteed to be instantaneous. Check your spam folder and contact us if your report does not arrive. Do not make a second purchase solely because delivery is delayed.

There is no recurring plan to cancel. If you need to stop an order, contact us promptly with its identifier. Once generation has begun, stopping processing may no longer be possible; any refund is governed by Section 7 and applicable law.

Keep the emailed PDF for long-term access. Browser results are temporary and do not constitute a permanent hosted report library.

7. Refunds

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of payment, including after generation or delivery. Email support@facestyleanalyzer.com from your checkout email with your order identifier. There is no usage threshold or requirement to prove dissatisfaction. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider and bank.

For non-delivery, duplicate charges or an incorrect charge, contact us with your checkout email, order identifier and a description of the issue. Never send your full card number or security code. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights.

8. Billing questions

Please contact support if a charge is unfamiliar or appears incorrect so we can investigate the order and delivery status. Contacting us does not restrict your right to dispute a transaction with your bank or payment provider or affect applicable dispute deadlines. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and issuing bank.

9. Photos and generated content

You retain your rights in your original photo. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process the photo and measurements, use the necessary service providers, produce and deliver your report, and handle failures as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your photos to train our own AI models. Third-party processing, including the configured AI API intermediary, is subject to the applicable provider terms and data practices; the Privacy Policy identifies the current processing route.

To the extent we hold transferable rights in the generated report, we grant those rights to you for lawful use. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection, and we cannot grant rights belonging to another person. Our website, software, branding and general editorial content remain protected by their respective owners.

10. Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful personal photo analysis and cosmetic styling exploration. You must not use the service to request, create, upload, share or distribute:

• Sexual or NSFW content: sexually explicit, pornographic or sexually exploitative images.
• Violence or graphic content: graphic injury, gore, torture, dismemberment or instructions that encourage violence.
• Hateful content: content that attacks, dehumanizes or promotes hostility toward people based on protected characteristics.
• Child sexual abuse or unsafe content involving minors: sexualized, exploitative or otherwise unsafe content involving children.
• Deepfakes or impersonation: deceptive impersonation, non-consensual likeness use or content intended to mislead people about a real person.
• Copyright or trademark infringement: content that uses another person's protected work, brand or likeness without authorization.
• Photos of minors or another person without permission, or content used to harass, discriminate against, shame or make consequential decisions about a person, including employment, credit or access to services.
• Present an AI preview as an unedited photograph, professional diagnosis or guaranteed treatment outcome.
• Interfere with security, abuse payment or refund processes, scrape outputs at scale, or resell access without permission.
• Systematically collect service inputs or outputs to train, distill or benchmark a competing AI service without written authorization.

Clearly identify generated styling images as AI illustrations when sharing them in a context where viewers could otherwise be misled.

11. Reporting and moderation

If you receive or see content that may violate these rules, report it to support@facestyleanalyzer.com. Include the report or order identifier, a short description of the concern, and the relevant page or image when safe to do so. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or additional sensitive photos.

The site operator manually reviews reported content against the standards above, using the evidence you provide and any account, order or generation records still available. We may ask for more information and prioritize reports involving child safety, threats or other suspected illegal activity. If a violation is confirmed, we may stop pending generation or delivery, remove content still under our control, restrict access or suspend the responsible account. We cannot recall copies already downloaded or delivered by email. Where required by law, we may preserve relevant evidence and notify the appropriate authorities.

We will respond by email with the outcome when possible, subject to privacy and legal restrictions. If you believe a decision is mistaken, reply to support with the report identifier and any additional evidence for reconsideration. Response times depend on severity and the information available. This reporting process does not mean that every generated image is reviewed by a person before delivery.

12. Privacy and retention

The free scan runs locally. Paid report processing sends the selected photo and measurements through our server to the configured AI provider. Cloudflare provides hosting, database, temporary file storage and queues; Resend delivers email, and Waffo Pancake handles checkout.

Results saved in your browser expire two hours after saving; deletion runs while the browser is active or on the next access. Temporary server report files are deleted after successful email delivery. Original photos are also scheduled for deletion within two hours. If generation fails after retries, the original photo and error are emailed to the site owner for troubleshooting before temporary server files are deleted. Copies in emails or downloads are separate from temporary server storage.

Account and payment records have separate purposes and are not covered by the browser result expiry. Order identifiers may be retained for reconciliation and support. See the Privacy Policy and contact support to request account deletion.

13. AI and service limitations

Camera position, lighting, expression and selected landmarks affect measurements. AI images can change apparent details and do not guarantee identity accuracy or a real styling outcome. Color and skin observations from a photo are estimates. Review the report critically before acting on it.

The service provides cosmetic styling information, not medical, surgical, psychological, legal or financial advice. It does not recommend surgery, fillers or injectables. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for health concerns.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. Liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law, and aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including fraud or applicable mandatory consumer protections.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for material misuse, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and contact support to request account deletion. If we discontinue a paid order for reasons unrelated to your breach and cannot deliver it, you may request a refund for that undelivered order. Closing an account does not remove records that must be retained for legal or payment obligations.

15. Consumer rights and disputes

Mandatory consumer protections and the rights of access to courts available under applicable law remain unaffected. Contact support to seek an informal resolution. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or restrict any court or dispute-resolution forum available to you under applicable law.

16. Changes to these terms

The version and effective date appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the website at least 14 days before taking effect, except changes required sooner by law or urgent security needs. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent permitted by law.
